Strategic Monitoring of Food Supply

The service includes the processing of sites and follow-up health requirements following the regulations of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. ASMA distribute meals within the hotels and within the range of holy places (Haj Area) by contracting with the secretariat and providing technical cadres where permits are issued. We continuously supervise the sites to prevent poisoning or health problems and advise the owners on the best kitchen technologies.
